Intro
During the 30s the United States and the world faced the Great Depression. Many countries were in deeped debt or owed money and were in poor financial state. Germany was breaking parts of the Treaty of Versaille left and right and building up their military. Tensions in Europe were rising as the Axis powers were formed. The political and economic events during the 30s would eventually lead to the start of the world wars in 1939.
